Return and Exchange Policy
At Musfie, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy details below:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. The Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to start the process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and clearly specify the desired replacement item in your request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
4. Refunds (Cash on Delivery)
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and verified to meet the eligibility criteria.
Since the original payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as a bank transfer or store credit.
Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed and reflected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of receipt) at the contact information listed above.
We will arrange for the return of the incorrect/damaged item and provide a replacement or full refund, including the return shipping cost.
6. General Exclusions
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
Items purchased on sale or clearance.
Personal care or intimate products (e.g., skincare, perfumes) due to hygiene reasons.
